• Annual Salary Range: VPS4 - $87,640 - $99,438 + super
• Employment Type: Full Time (flexibility may be available)
• Usual Work Location: Benalla (flexibility may be available)

About the Team

To deliver transport services across all modes that provides a single user interface to the transport network.

About the Opportunity

Provide advice to senior staff members and key external stakeholders on environmental issues that may impact on key operational and strategic decisions.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

• Exercises professional judgement under limited direction in extensive planning, work scheduling and resource management matters relating to environmental and cultural heritage aspects of regional operations; where resources, objectives and methods are only partially defined.
• Apply competence in the area of environmental and cultural heritage management to achieve set operational objectives.
• Negotiates with and influence key internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve successful environmental and cultural heritage outcomes in relation to regional operations.
• Develop innovative responses to resolve complex issues in areas of high environment and cultural heritage risk, where policies, guidelines and/or precedents are not readily available.
• Review environmental documentation for compliance and manage and communicate the outcomes to key stakeholders.
