About the Position
Royal Freemasons Benalla is our home away from home where you will hear the laughter of grandchildren running in the playground and the smell of coffee and noisy chatter within the cafe that unties residents and their families. The Manager of Clinical Practice is such an important role, you will lead the support services as the senior clinician and possess strong clinical and business acumen, demonstrate initiative for innovative solution focused outcomes. Working positively and proactively, you and your team will be overseeing resident admissions, assessment and documentation whilst delivering a quality, person-centred service. It is really important that you are professional, have a passion for aged care and possess a warm demeanor that relates well to older people and their families. Key Requirements
